    Order Processing & Cancellation

    At dreamedge.shop, we carefully prepare each kawaii fashion piece with attention to detail. Orders typically begin processing within 4 business hours (longer than standard sites to ensure quality control). You may cancel for a full refund only during this pre-processing window by emailing [email protected]. After processing starts, cancellations aren't possible—but our extended 21-day return window gives you ample time to reconsider your purchase.


    Returns & Exchanges

    We understand Japanese street fashion requires trial and error. Therefore, we offer 21 days from delivery date (3 weeks) to return or exchange items—significantly longer than typical 14-day policies. Exchanges are available for size adjustments or different colorways within our current collection. For Y2K-inspired pieces needing fit modifications, we recommend exchanging rather than repurchasing to maintain cohesive styling.


    Return Requirements

    All Harajuku-style garments must be returned in pristine condition: unworn, unwashed, with original dreamedge.shop tags still attached (including the special authenticity sticker). Layered pieces must include all detachable components. Due to the delicate nature of lace and chiffon in our designs, items showing any wear, perfume residue, or makeup stains will be denied.     Exchange Process

    Exchanges require the returned item to pass our Quality Control inspection (takes 3-5 business days). For size exchanges, we'll ship the replacement within 7 business days after approval. When exchanging for different colorways or coordinating pieces, availability depends on our rapidly changing J-fashion inventory. Price differences will be adjusted—we'll issue store credit for lower-value exchanges or invoice you for upgrades via email.


    Return Shipping

    A ¥1,500 return fee applies to all non-defective returns, covering our specialized inspection process for Japanese import fabrics. This fee is waived if the return results from our error (wrong item or manufacturing flaw). International customers must use tracked shipping—we recommend EMS or DHL for safest transit of delicate materials. Include the completed return form (emailed upon request) to avoid processing delays.


    Refund Processing

    Refunds take 12-18 business days after we receive your return—longer than average due to our meticulous quality checks on each frilled blouse and pleated skirt. The amount will be credited to your original payment method, minus any applicable return fees. During seasonal sales, processing may extend to 20 business days. You'll receive email confirmation with itemized deductions when completed.


    Special Cases

    Final sale items (marked with 最終値下げ) are exchange-only. Coordinating sets must be returned together. Due to the handmade nature of some accessories, certain hair clips and bows may have slight variations—these don't qualify for size-related returns. For limited-edition collaborations, we may offer store credit instead of refunds if the collection sells out.
