Your payment must be successfully processed before we begin order fulfillment. In rare cases where payment authorization fails, we reserve the right to cancel your order after 48 hours of attempted processing.
After completing your purchase, you'll receive an automated order confirmation email within 15 minutes. Please verify all details including items, sizes, colors, and shipping address immediately. For DreamEdge's Japanese-style quality control, we require 3-5 business days to carefully prepare your shipment. During peak seasons or promotional events, processing may extend to 7 business days. You'll receive shipping notification with tracking information once your package departs our facility.
While we maintain accurate inventory systems, occasionally items may become unavailable after order placement. In such cases, we'll notify you within 24 hours and either: (1) offer a comparable alternative from our kawaii collection, (2) process partial shipment with refund for unavailable items, or (3) cancel the entire order with full refund at your discretion. We may cancel orders exhibiting suspicious activity including unusually large quantities or mismatched billing/shipping information.
All displayed prices are in US Dollars (USD) and exclude applicable taxes and duties unless otherwise stated. International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or brokerage charges imposed by their country. Price adjustments are not offered for promotions occurring after purchase. While we strive for accuracy, we reserve the right to cancel orders containing obvious pricing errors (e.g., $10 instead of $100).
Standard shipping takes 7-14 business days after processing. Express options (where available) deliver within 5-8 business days. These timelines exclude customs clearance delays. Tracking numbers become active 24-48 hours after dispatch. For our Japanese quality standards, we use protective packaging that may slightly increase parcel dimensions. Unworn, unwashed items with original tags may be returned within 21 days of delivery for store credit or exchange. Final sale items are non-returnable. Customers bear return shipping costs unless the error is ours. Refunds process within 14 business days of receiving returned merchandise. For hygienic reasons, underwear, swimwear, and accessories are only eligible for exchange if defective. International returns must include a completed customs form declaring the contents as "Returned Goods" to avoid duties.
